Brawl Stars Ranked tips

Climbing Ranked is not only about mechanics. A flexible brawler pool, map knowledge and better draft decisions give you more winnable games before the match even starts.

1. Draft as a team, not as three solo players

A team of three carries with no control and no support loses to a balanced comp almost every time. Before you lock, check what your team is missing: area control, a reliable damage threat, and someone who can contest the objective.

2. Build a pool that survives the rotation

Two trusted brawlers per mode beats twenty brawlers you half-know. Use the Ranked maps list to see which roles the current rotation actually demands, then fill the gaps.

3. Respect blind-pick risk

Early picks need safety and flexibility. A specialist revealed first invites a hard counter for free. The tier list shows a blind-pick safety score per brawler; the draft guide explains how to use it.

4. Play the map, not the tier list

Walls, lanes and objective distance decide which brawlers can actually function. A generally strong pick on the wrong layout is a weak pick.

5. Review your losses

Most repeated losses share one cause: the same role missing, the same matchup lost, the same map misplayed. Reviewing your own drafts and results is faster than grinding more games.
